Appointment and Booking Policy
There is £10.00 appointment booking fee. This is credited to the cost of your treatment when you turn up for it. Should you cancel within the agreed time frame (see below), you shall get a refund.
Cancellations
- Complementary therapies: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a charge of £10.00 for missed sessions which are not cancelled within this time frame.
- Non-surgical procedures and other beauty treatments: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Missed sessions will be forfeited if they are not cancelled within this time frame and they shall be no refunds for such sessions.
Lateness
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if you are more than 20 minutes late. This is to ensure that we do not delay clients who have appointments after you.
